Improving e-Service Experience on Websites
Government Service,2024
Role: UX designer, UX Researcher
Within a tight six-week timeline, our trio of designers embarked on a design sprint aimed at elevating the web and mobile experience for public members seeking our client's services. This initiative wasn't just a one-off; it laid the groundwork for the enhancement of various e-services throughout the organisation in the future. Collaboration was key—we joined forces with business analysts, the client’s cohort of product owners, fellow designers, developers, and the end-users themselves. This collective effort was to ensure our high-fidelity prototype not only met the client's business objectives but also resonated with users, thanks to insights gained from rigorous user testing.
