Conceptual Design for Mobile App
Government Service, 2024
Role: UX UI Designer, UX Researcher, Workshop Facilitator
In an endeavor to unlock new potential for an established mobile app, we initiated an ideation workshop in collaboration with our client, aiming to collectively generate innovative ideas. Our objective was to deeply understand the existing product's environment and to seek inspiration from beyond the confines of our client's industry.
Our dedicated team consisted of five professionals - myself as the UX/UI designer, a seasoned UX researcher, an enthusiastic design intern, and two strategic management consultants. Over two months, we collaborated closely with the existing product design team, developers, client's team of product owners, and business and data analysts, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricate components of their various systems. Our efforts led us to present a high-fidelity interactive prototype as the final concept design. This design not only incorporated considerations for data integrity and engineering viability but also integrated user feedback gleaned from concept testing sessions.
